The usual dose is one 20 mg tablet to be taken once daily before breakfast. If you miss dose, it's ok. Take the missed dose as soon as you remember it. Anyways, if it is almost time for the next dose, jump the missed dose and continue your regular schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one.
